Booking Conditions

BOOKING CONDITIONS

CANCELLATION POLICY

To avoid misunderstandings with our guests we would remind you that a reservation constitutes a legal contract in the event of a cancellation both parties should endeavor to re-rent the accommodation.

Cancellation more than 30 days before the vacation the deposit is fully refundable less 1 night’s rental plus tax if the cancellation is within 30 days but more than 15 days then 50% of the deposit is refundable or 1 nights rental plus tax whichever is the greater.. Less than 15 days the rental is not refundable.

Early check out is a cancellation and no refunds will be given.

Guests are strongly advised to take out cancellation insurance coverage.

Changes to your reservation are subject to a $75 processing fee. We regret we are unable to change your reservation within 30 days of arrival

PAYMENT

50% deposit is required at the tine of reservation. The balance is due 15 days before arrival.

Reservations made within 15days of arrival payment must be made in full at the time of reservation

The named person is responsible for the full payment for the rental of the cabin, even when the cost is being shared by members of the party. Asheville Vacation Cabins Rates are for the whole cabin. Partial refunds will not be given

CHECK IN

Check is between 3pm and 6pm Renters are expected to have the driving directions to the cabin with them on arrival. It is the renter’s responsibility to ensure all members of the party have the directions to the cabin.. Asheville Vacation cabins Inc takes no responsibility for renters who forget their directions or who forget the check in arrangements.

All our cabins are strictly non-smoking

CARE OF OUR CABINS

All our cabins are in beautiful condition. We ask that you leave it clean and tidy. Please report breakages prior to departure.

UTILITIES

Normal usage of all utilities is included in the rent. Excessive usage may incur an extra fee. Guests are expected to switch off the heat/cooling systems when going out and when checking out. Guests are expected to switch off lights and fans when going out. Telephone; local calls are free of charge. Calling cards may be used to make long distance calls.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

There is a $250 deposit that we will hold against your credit card. By agreeing to the booking conditions you are agreeing to this deposit. There will be no charge providing the cabin is left in a clean and tidy condition, that there was not an excessive use of the utilities and that there was no damage.

LIABILTIES

Asheville Vacation Cabins Inc do not accept liability to any member of the party for any personal injury sickness or loss or damage to personal property however sustained or caused nor to the loss or theft of property and/or money. No rebate will be made of any kind.the use of illegal substances and illegal activities is strictly prohibited at our cabins. It is the policy of Asheville Vacation cabins to report such incidents to the police.

Guests are reminded to make sure they take all their personal property with them on check out. Asheville vacation cabins Inc takes no responsibility for left items. If left items are found they will be shipped by normal surface mail. There will be a $50 handling fee plus the cost of postage and packaging

HOT TUB

Guests use the hot tub entirely at their own risk. The tub should not be used when under the influence of alcohol. Guests should not use the tub if pregnant or if on prescription drugs. The renter or any person of the renter’s party should not use the tub for more than 15 minutes. Children under the age of 6 years are not permitted to use the tub. Children under the age of 15 must be supervised by an adult over the age of 21 at all times.

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate any rental in the event that the renter or any member of the renter’s party cause any deliberate or negligent damage to the property or acts in such a way to cause or constitute a nuisance to neighboring properties or to engage in illegal activities or to have more people staying at the reservation confirmation letter cabin than stated on. In such cases the renter will be responsible for any damage and there will be no refund.

Written acceptance of the booking conditions is a requirement. The booking is not confirmed until with have received this agreement.
