Common Questions

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request.

Are pets or smoking permitted?

Both cabins are strictly non-smoking and pets are not permitted. See our Booking Conditions for full details.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations more than 60 days before arrival are fully refundable. Within 60 days, the booking is non-refundable. Trip insurance is strongly recommended, and mandatory November 1 – March 31.

How much deposit is required?

A 50% deposit is required at booking. The balance is due 60 days before arrival. Bookings within 60 days of arrival require full payment upfront.

Do the cabins have WiFi and what's included?

Yes — both cabins include complimentary WiFi, Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, hot tub, wood stove, washer/dryer, and all linens.

Can I get a discount for a longer stay?
